Freedom of Information Request

Today we received a letter from a David Busick who referenced a “case file” pertaining to our home at 321 West Broadway.

We are requesting a copy of everything included in said ‘case file.’

We are also requesting any and all emails, notes, interoffice communications, photographs, reports, inspection notes, and anything else that pertains to real property located at 321 West Broadway.

As you are well aware the state of Ohio Department of Commerce, Board of Building Standards is conducting an investigation into the incompetence and misconduct regarding the actions and inactions of the Maumee Division of Building, Inspection and Zoning, having already determined that the plans ‘approved’ by Zachary Jenkins on November, 20th 2017 were done so in conflict with Ohio law.

This is not our first freedom of information request as we are still waiting more than a year later for you to comply with our previous F.O.I.A. requests which you have denied us in direct conflict with Ohio law and Maumee’s Public Records Policy.

We expect you to comply with this request as expeditiously as possible.
