Please find attached report that will be presented this Friday.  The exhibits are available but due to the size of the document, email will not support its transmission. If you want a copy, we can provide one at the Board meeting for your review. If you have any comments to the report, feel free to email me back. Any comment will need to be received no later than Thursday January 30, 2019 at  4 PM for the Board to review prior to their meeting. The Meeting is at 1 PM if you intend to attend. As a reminder, the report is specific to addressing the certified entities of the Board. Their action will only address those entities. All other issues are outside of the Boards authority for action.
